He has held senior sales, marketing, and technical management roles with leading global silicone suppliers, including Wacker, Elkem, and Wynca, working closely with customers across a wide range of applications and end markets.

Ted Johnson has over 40 years of experience with HCR, LSR and fluorosilicone rubber with companies such as Amphenol, Freudenberg, Wacker and Elkem. He has provided customers with custom-developed silicone rubber materials, process enhancements and application support.
